LOVE THE COLORS…BUNION-SAFE AND ZERO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT. These are just what I was looking for. I was looking for lighter brighter red shoes than the solid “Red” color I ordered. When I received those, they were darker than they look in some of the review pictures. Most of the red clothes I wear and Spring (color analysis season) reds, which are light, bright, and usually orange-leaning. All Spring colors are, relatively, yellow-based shades of whatever the main color is (in this case, red). These red is in front so it’s the most visible color, even though they are a red-yellow gradient pattern. Because of being close enough in color to fade to yellow, they are lighter in color than the solid Red, in this style. They fit well, in 7.5. I have severe bunions, which is a bone deformity. Even though 7.5 was my original adult shoe size, I usually wear a size 8-9 US Women’s. Because the uppers are elastic, I can wear my real shoe size, 7.5, so I’m not stumbling over my feet, like I do in the big shoes I get, to avoid pain. If you have bunions, these feel great in your original shoe size. It’s nice to have dainty feet, again! On the downside my metatarsal bone shows through the openings near the toe, on the insides of each shoe. I don’t think it’s as noticeable as I worry it is. If you’re self-conscious, due to bunions, I recommend buying a half size up. Then, use thick heel pads and toe pads, to prevent your feet from sliding around and being unstable. I ordered the Red pair in an 8, and have used heel and toe inserts, and you can’t tell I have bunions. If you also use sole inserts, you may want to order a full size up, then stuff the toe & heel. I find that these shoes provide adequate support for me, without insert soles. I have started just ordering them in my regular size and will continue to, as I use them for long walks and casual days & don’t like fussing with inserts. These are perfect for wearing with skirts and dresses, which I love ❤️. They look much more stylish than sneakers and, to me, they’re more comfortable than my Dr. Scholls flats. They are really cute on normal feet, too, in the right color for you. They only look dowdy, if I wear muted or dark colors, which don’t flatter my skin tone. If I wear them right, they look youthful and fashionable. My current favorites are the Yellow and the Red to Yellow gradient (these), followed by Lavender, though they’re a little muted in color. I like the Red least, as they’re the darkest pair I own & my skin is very pale, so they wash me out. I would have returned them, if I’d known they had this color/pattern, but they’ll be great for wearing to walk in the woods, as I don’t mind getting them dirty. I will baby this pair, and the shoes baby my feet. I love how comfortable and pretty they are! Highly recommend!
